Terms of Service

The service

VaniVx provides software for building and running AI voice agents, including campaigns, integrations, analytics and compliance tooling. Features available depend on your plan.

Acceptable use

• You must have a lawful basis and any required consent to call the contacts you upload.
• You must comply with applicable calling, marketing and data-protection laws (e.g. TCPA, DNC/DND registries, GDPR, India DPDP, PDPA).
• No unlawful, deceptive, harassing or high-risk use (including soliciting OTP/CVV/card/PIN — which the platform blocks).
• No attempts to circumvent rate limits, security controls or suppression/opt-out handling.

Customer responsibilities

You are the controller of the data you upload and the campaigns you run. You are responsible for honouring opt-outs, calling windows and disclosures appropriate to your jurisdiction. VaniVx provides configurable controls to help, but you remain responsible for lawful use.

Fees & usage

Paid plans include a pool of platform minutes; usage beyond the pool, and pass-through costs such as telephony, phone numbers and messaging, are billed separately as described on the Pricing page. Fees exclude applicable taxes.

Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees except where a separate SLA is agreed in writing on an enterprise plan. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be communicated.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VaniVx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or unlawful use. On termination you can export your data subject to the retention settings in effect.
