Subprocessors

VaniVx uses the third-party providers below to deliver the service. The exact set used for your account depends on the features and providers you enable (for example, you choose your own telephony and messaging providers). This list is provided for transparency and is updated as our vendors change.

Core infrastructure

  • Vercel — web application hosting.
  • Railway — API, real-time media and background workers; managed Postgres and Redis (or equivalent managed Postgres/Redis providers).

AI & voice

  • Anthropic (Claude) — language model for agent conversation and reasoning.
  • Deepgram — speech-to-text (when live STT is enabled).
  • ElevenLabs — text-to-speech (when live TTS is enabled).

Telephony & messaging (customer-selected)

  • Twilio — telephony, SMS and WhatsApp (primary supported provider).
  • Exotel, Telnyx — additional telephony options (in progress).
  • Gupshup — WhatsApp option.
  • Resend — transactional and notification email.

Payments (optional)

  • Stripe, Razorpay — payment links and billing, when enabled.
