Each plan includes a pool of platform minutes (speech, language and AI). Telephony, phone numbers and messaging are billed separately at cost. Per-minute overage applies after the pool. All 20 languages are included on every paid plan.
What's included — and what's billed separately
- • Platform minutes cover VaniVx orchestration (speech, language, AI). A “minute” is measured on connected call time, rounded up.
- • Telephony / carrier charges (per-minute call cost) and phone-number rental are billed separately at cost and vary by country.
- • WhatsApp, SMS and email are billed per message at provider rates.
- • Overage after the included pool is charged per minute; metered usage is shown in your dashboard.
- • Paid plans are activated via sales / checkout. CRM connectors are not yet available.
- • Prices exclude applicable taxes (e.g. GST). Inbound and outbound minutes are counted the same.
Usage metering is rolling out; if anything here is unclear, talk to us before committing.
